If you are paying to find work from home jobs then read this: You should be making money from your employment, not the other way around!

Work from home jobs should not be costing you money – you should be making money! The idea that it’s okay to pay for home employment opportunities comes from the confusion between “working at home” and “home business.” Most Internet websites fail to differentiate between the two, but there are major differences. Work from home jobs are career opportunities offered by employers looking for actual employees who can complete there assigned duties without coming into the office. Candidates need to have certain skills, a resume and past job experience. On the other hand, a home business is a form of self employment where you are making money based on your own efforts and you are the boss.

Don’t pay for work from home jobs when you should be making money from your employment!

Using this definition, work from home jobs should not cost you money; you should be making money! Companies offering legitimate home employment opportunities (also called telecommuting positions) will never ask you for money – not for an application, software, supplies – nothing. They should be paying you, not the other way around. Employers that ask you to pay them are probably selling information about a home business or recruiting you for a network marketing program, not offering to hire you to work from your home.

Work from home jobs are usually offered to people who already have employment as an option by their current employer, or possess skills that would allow them to work at home while still making money in the form of a paycheck. Careers like telemarketing, customer service, data entry and bookkeeping are all examples of jobs that would be suited to working from home. These jobs do not require the employee to be in the office to successfully fulfill their assignments. They could work from home and send their work in without having to go to the office. If your company doesn’t already have a telecommuting program, you could talk to your boss about letting you try working from home on a trial basis.
